The 1st and 2nd stages of the interview were great. I found them appropriate in difficulty and scope. The 3rd part, which is face to face interview and role play section, was a bit off. The role play especially.
I kept having the feeling that the person conducting the interview kept on pushing me to say that the buyer was lying when he said that the product received was faulty, but from a customer service point of view you can't say that anyone is lying or not.
