I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at e-Core in Mar 2023
Interview
It had several steps, mostly regarding to check your experience in other jobs, your personality and things like that. They were always very responsive and always willing to fit accordingly to your schedule. The most interesting part is the technical evaluation that involved developing an application. So you need to know what you are doing and how to deal with a "client" to do that challenge.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at e-Core (Florianópolis, Santa Catarina) in Jan 2023
Interview
The process involved three interviews: 1st one was with a Headhunter, to gather general info about my self, XP and such. Really trivial. In this phase, part of the conversation was in english to check my proficiency 2nd one was with the team manager, where he better explained the position and everyday job, deepened on my technical and previous jobs experience (and part of this questions was in english). He also gave my a really simple technical test (how would you remove duplicates form a list) to be solved on my machine, while sharing my screen 3rd and last phase was a live coding technical interview, fully in english with the team tech lead. He asked me things related to the challenge and general questions related to the job. The challenge wasn't hard, easily solved using Java core features. He asked some questions on why I used this or that, what would I do to solve a different problem, how would I add some new feature or deal with a corner case. All the three phases were quite smooth, the three different people that interviewed me were very gentle, understanding and willing
