This is the most challenging hiring process i've been so far. Initial interview with HR, written pre-exam to test your writting/knowledge and commskills once passed will be endorsed for an interview and selling scenario with Sales Manager then Final interview with Head. I have never prepared this much for an interview. This is the first time that I encountered to review thoroughly for a specific product eventhough you're not yet hired. I also appreciate how fast the process is, they update you in 1-2days after a certain step and transparent with the results. It's just that it's really frustrating that they mentioned a lot of positive feedback that I have almost all the qualifications for the position but for the fact that I don't know the product or have similar experience with the product they decided not to continue to hire me. I just hope that you also give chances since there is a product knowledge training upon hiring right? Anyhow I still commend Zoom for a very smooth and fun hiring experience. All the best!

Write an email scenario introducing zoom to a certain company and attach a client success story for reference. Why would you prefer zoom vs webex and skype? What is the difference between UCAAS and SAAS? Role play scenario looking for VOIP that can integrate with Intercom.

Recruiter reached out a week after submitting my resume. Call with recruiter went well, claimed they were pushing my resume on the next round and that i'd hear more within 2-3 days. From there, radio silence for over a week and I had to reach out to the recruiter to hear that they weren't moving forward.

Several interviews-- and a presentation. Felt a bit like a mens club and withdrew after several interviews. The Zoom boom is over. I get the feeling that the put a lot of pressure on their employees when the job market is simply changed from covid times.
