I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Zoom Communications (London, England) in Jan 2020
Interview
Zoom has a policy that all new hires need to have experience in VC which is a bit silly since their platform is simplistic at best compared to other business solutions on the market. 3 out of 4 people I spoke to at Zoom came off as very arrogant. I will head to LogMeIn instead, they have better benefits and their managers have more management experience.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zoom Communications in Apr 2025
Interview
Recruiter reached out a week after submitting my resume. Call with recruiter went well, claimed they were pushing my resume on the next round and that i'd hear more within 2-3 days. From there, radio silence for over a week and I had to reach out to the recruiter to hear that they weren't moving forward.

Question 1
Did I have experience working with the government sector
Several interviews-- and a presentation. Felt a bit like a mens club and withdrew after several interviews. The Zoom boom is over. I get the feeling that the put a lot of pressure on their employees when the job market is simply changed from covid times.
