I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zoom Communications (San Jose, CA) in Jul 2018
Interview
After referred by one of my friends, I first got a screening call with a hiring specialist, then she arranged a video meeting with the hiring manager, after that, we did an onsite interview with a few different leaders and peers at San Jose Headquarter.

Question 1
What is the most challenge experience when leading a team?
There was no interview process. I submitted my resume online. I didn't speak with anyone. The only thing of note is that I applied many months ago... and I just now received an email asking me to provide feedback on the candidate experience. Well, if I get a rejection letter 5 or so months after applying with zero contact otherwise, I'd say that's a negative candidate experience.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Zoom Communications (San Francisco, CA) in May 2022
Interview
The interviewer was great and friendly.
Unfortunately I didn’t get to speak enough. She spent 30 min to talk about Zoom and the role without interaction which was interesting. Then she realized that there was only 20 min left to ask questions ( considering last 10 min for mine) . At the end I only asked one question because she said “oh I forgot to ask you why you want to join Zoom”. Time management is key for this kind of interview. How can you show your skills in 20 min out of 60.

Question about task prioritization? How do I manage overload ?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zoom Communications (Bengaluru) in Jul 2021
Interview
4-5 Interviews including the team, hiring manager, peer and head of data. All the discussions were based on experience and use case scenarios. All the panels were empathetic through out the discussions. Did not put me in spot of bother.
