Had a screening call with HR. Moved next to an interview with the hiring manager. Then there was a scenario and I had to present the Zoom solution based on the scenario provided. At the end of the call I was told things went well and I would hear from HR about next steps. I waited a week and sent a follow up email and was told they were wrapping up final interviews. Waited another week and emailed with no response. Waited another week and asked for an update, even giving them an out and asking if the position had been filled. It had, which wasn't the best news but unprofessional after spending so much time in the interview process to at least not be informed of the decision. Unprofessional.

Recruiter reached out a week after submitting my resume. Call with recruiter went well, claimed they were pushing my resume on the next round and that i'd hear more within 2-3 days. From there, radio silence for over a week and I had to reach out to the recruiter to hear that they weren't moving forward.

Several interviews-- and a presentation. Felt a bit like a mens club and withdrew after several interviews. The Zoom boom is over. I get the feeling that the put a lot of pressure on their employees when the job market is simply changed from covid times.
