Interview
It was a four part process (including screening) pretty typical for this type role. Recruiter screening, manager interview, team member interview, then panel presentation, which was presented to Dept head, manager, and CS team member. All the team members I met with were fantastic and it was great to see such diverse leadership.
I had to do a lot of follow up with the recruiter and they were 20 min late to our first call. They were not very communicative about any hold ups in the process which most companies I’ve interviewed with have been good about. They were running behind on every timeline stated and not once proactively communicating this to me, which was disappointing. When the final decision was make it was the same thing, I had to reach out a few times after the date they’d given inquiring about the decision. Then got an automated email a few days later that another candidate was chosen, finally a day later I got the personalized email giving feedback and apologies for the delay.
While I was very impressed with the employees I met on the team, the recruiting process itself was a negative experience and would turn off many qualified candidates.
Process classique (Entretien RH puis entretien manager, puis entretien team member puis panel puis offre). Très bon feeling avec l'équipe TA vraiment au top qui donne vraiment l'impression de s'intéresser à vous.

The process too a very long time. They are just not fast to get back to you, but otherwise not so bad. The presentation is fair -- and not too much lift. They give you a lot of room to be creative and show your personally.

Ghosted after our phone screen. I followed up twice and not even a quick reply letting me know they weren’t moving forward. It was also through a referral so I was pretty surprised, not really a good look
