In the selection process, there were 4 interviews: Talent Acquisition, the manager of the position, a Teammate, and another senior leader. It was a chill atmosphere, very personal, people were kind and friendly.

Question 1
The interviews with the talent acquisition and the manager of the role were quite simple, but at the interview with the teammate, they asked several behavioural questions as "tell of a time when..." for 30 minutes.
