Interview
I was interviewed in a fitting room during business hours. I didn't have any retail experience, and that seemed to be emphasis of the questions. I thought I got along well with the interviewer, but they did not seem willing to take a chance on an employee without experience.
Online group interview with the HR director. The questions were quite casual. Asked about how’s my life going in Sydney, self-introduction, nothing related to jobs in fact. After the interview I was invited to the store, as a training day.

Very easy and approachable. The manager was nice and asked a few questions about the former experience in retail environment, when I said I had none she accepted with grace and tried to figure out my strengths/weaknesses
