I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Zara (Gateshead, England) in Mar 2024
Interview
Got a phone call 5 mins after applying on indeed from head office. Told me to come in the next day. Interview was in store. Lasted around 15 mins.
Pretty chill interview. They seemed pretty desperate for staff tbh. They’ll ask for proof that you can work in the uk.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions asked;
Previous experience?
How do you find out about the new fashion trends? ( talk about social media and its impact on trends, tiktok, insta etc)
How often can you work?
What company owns Zara? (Intidex, mention how they also own Bershka, pull and bear etc)
The process was extensive - I met with the store manager and HR team. Overall a positive experience, with a comprehensive overview of the role and company provided. However, liaising with the talent team was somewhat difficult and lacked transparency at times.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Zara (Teddington, South West England, England) in Jun 2021
Interview
Very quick and easy. Interviewed with the stockroom manager. Asked basic interview questions, not difficult at all. Manager was nice and welcoming. However my interview had multiple interruptions which was a bit unprofessional but no big deal.
You’re working in the stockroom and have your own duties to carry out, a sales assistant asks for you help to find an item for customer, what do you do?
