It was very simple. I applied on the website and I had to fill in my weekly availability. A couple of days later, I was then sent an email with interview dates to choose from.
Had a phone interview with one of the managers briefly asking questions like 'tell me about yourself and then invited for a f2f interview with a store manager for a pretty chill casual interview
Easy, really simple questions about yourself, more like a chat with a colleague than an interview. Might ask questions about yourself CV or previous retail shop floor experience. That’s all really.
