I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Zara (Edmonton, AB) in Mar 2013
Interview
I walked into the location with a resume, and immediately had a casual interview on the spot with the supervisor. The store called me the next day to tell me to come in and have an interview with the manager. That interview was far more formal, with questions focussing on the latest fashion trends as well as questions about the company itself. Definitely more rigorous than your average retail interview.
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience

Question 1
if a customer was having trouble finding something right infront their face how would i respond
super casual, just stand in front of a store,
it does not show the exact job title on job posting
like, job posting mentioned that hiring the full time sales, they actually hire the 2 months contract sales and part time
Visited the store and inquired about hiring opportunities. I was connected with the hiring manager and completed a straightforward in-person interview. The process was professional, welcoming, and provided insight into the role.
