I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Xerox (Tigard, OR) in Mar 2012
Interview
I found their job posting online and called the phone number provided, which lead me to a recruiter who then scheduled an interview for the next morning at 9AM. I came in and was lead in to a computer lab and instructed to take some tests. The tests were very basic technical questions. Then the recruiter said that I got the job.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
None, they need people to work for them so bad all you have to do is be able to pass a drug test and background check and they'll hire you.
HR screening then interview with managers. The questions were rather standard HR interview questions. Then it was drug test and work verification. Much of their onboarding was outsourced to India, so that process was a bit frustrating.

Question 1
How do you handle shifting work priorities, how would you handle an upset user, what would you enjoy about this position, etc.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Xerox (Atlanta, GA) in Jul 2021
Interview
15 minute initial interview with hiring manager
Panel interview with hiring manager and two other managers - roughly 30 minutes. No certain questions just everything from the managers perspective. I will rate it as an easy interview since they aren’t asking anything technical just more of a skill set interview.

Describe a time that you had to deal with an irate customer. What did you do/how did you handle this customer?
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Xerox (Richland, SC) in Jul 2016
Interview
Filled out the application online but the job I wanted had already closed. A recruiter called me two days after I had put the app in. I called her back two days later and had the first interview over the phone. Waiting for the second phone interview now.
