Interview
Two interviewers when I went. They ask you about customer service exp, ask you why you left certain jobs, what you hope to gain from being there. Then they test your ability to use a mac (search for a file from desktop) and your ability to read a passage and retain it while they make background chatter.

Roleplay a call with the interviewer. They were a girl getting married and having phone issues that day. She called in a panic, wanting to get it fixed.
