Workday Senior Engineering Manager interview questions

Several 1:1s with various ppl recruiter, then HM, then technical behaviour, another managerial behaviour, then system design, then HM again. The system design was underwhelming and surprising for Workday to have in a senior position not knowing basic async publish-subscribe technical implementations, yet conduct a system design interview. I removed myself from the process after seeing the poor quality of senior leadership.
