Interview
I recently had an interview with Workday and was left very disappointed by the overall process. The interview lasted barely 10 minutes, during which no questions related to my skills or competencies were asked. To make matters worse, the recruiter had their camera off the entire time, which made the interaction feel impersonal and quite uncomfortable. For a company of this size and reputation, I expected a much more professional and engaging experience. Unfortunately, this process did not reflect well on the company or its values. This experience left such a bad impression that I will not be applying for any roles with them in the future. The whole thing felt like a joke—completely unprofessional and not worth anyone’s time.
