Applied online through their career website. The interview process usually begins with an initial screening where the HR representative or hiring manager reviews the candidate's resume and cover letter. Then, the candidate is invited for an in-person or virtual interview where they answer questions related to their experience, qualifications, and fit for the role. The interviewer may also ask behavioral and situational questions to gauge the candidate's problem-solving and communication skills. The interview process may also involve technical or skills assessments, and multiple rounds of interviews with different team members. The final step is an offer or rejection decision based on the overall performance of the candidate during the interview process.
