I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Workday in Mar 2022
Interview
I had high hopes but got deeply disappointed.
Took multiple weeks/month to process the application
Interviews where friendly and professional but not really testing what is needed for the job and relied on analytical tests for entry level candidates under pressure
Rejection letter: generic template that didn’t even mention the position i applied to
Unfortunately the recruiting processes didn’t meet any expectations whatsoever of a global leader in HR software
Improvement ideas:
+ Get more personal in your mail communication
+ Don’t let candidates wait forever- especially for senior level positions - show a bit respect for their time
+Don’t do any analytical tests with senior level candidates under pressure - that is not helping to hire quality change agents
+ Align time slots with the applicant prior putting a fix date in their calendar - ones again: respect for the individual

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Workday (Vancouver, BC) in Jul 2023
Interview
One interview with Recruiter and hiring leader respectively. At least 4-5 peer interview with peer at different level. Not good experience as they kept adding more interviews than wasn’t aligned with what was communicated
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Workday
Interview
There were no cross functional business partners on the interviewing panel. I had two separate virtual onsite and made it to the final round. Every interviewer was on the immediate team so never had a chance to talk to cross functional teams that I would be working with. There was also no diversity in the interview panel, everyone was Caucasian.
One of the interviewers was even eating her lunch during the interview. So unprofessional and disrespectful of my time.
