Interview process is excessive and repetitive. The process took over 3 months and having over 10 interviews, some individually, some in a group setting.
Great company, great culture, seems more like attrition to see if you really want to work there vs. determine if there is a good fit.

Started with a screening interview by a recruiter then had an interview by a direct peer followed by a cross team interview, and then the hiring manager. The final step was a presentation to a team of 5 people from multiple teams that this position would work with.

Skills and experience with collaboration and customer service were key themes in all interviews.
The interview process was very organized and the communication was amazing. Workday was very prompted and answered questions prompt. They allowed you to pick date / times that worked and accommodated your schedule. Very professional.
