I applied through my university. The process began with an initial screen, where the hiring manager tries to get a feel for how you'd fit into the Workday culture. The full day onsite followed and consisted of 6 rounds of individual interviews.

Thoroughly enjoyed my interviews with Workday, although they were almost entirely cultural. One phone call with the recruiter, followed by another with the team manager. Then three more interviews on-site. Two of these were supposed to be technical, but I aced the first so they just did another cultural for the second. As you might have guessed, Workday are big on culture. Which is cool of course, but a bit surprising as to how easy it was.
