First had a phone interview for 30 minutes and was scheduled for a video interview with the ops manager, which was mostly behaviour questions about the company culture. To nail the interview, you will have to know a lot about the company itself and the position you are applying for.

Interview process begins with your recruiter. Your recruiter will initially interview you about 30 minutes and see if you’re what the team is looking for. My recruiter was highly skilled in her interview process and extremely knowledgeable regarding the position I was applying for. After this interview you will have 2-3 more interviews. The hiring manager, an interview panel and possibly and on site visit/interview if you make it that far. Once passing the initial interview the recruiter will guide you and provide resources regarding the interview process and information to review prior to moving on in the interview process. I commend future applicants to review this information as it can make or break your interview. If you’re knowledgeable in the position you’re applying for the interview process will be standard, just like any other management interviews.

It was a telephone interview that lasted approximately 20 minutes. The interviewer was professional and well spoken. The interviewer asked appropriate questions and was very polite. I was at ease and comfortable during the process.
