I was already situated in Bangalore when I got a call from VMware. So there were no telephonic interviews. In all four interviews were taken. They consisted of questions related to data structures and algorithms, design patterns, database. Difficulty level was intermediate.

Question 1
Find the common ancestor of two nodes of a binary search tree.
It was a frontend interview on hackerrank platform. There was three screens for html, css and JavaScript, asked to create a navigation component. HR informed me that it was going to be a data structures round with no language restriction. But in interview I found out it was a core skills round instead.
