Zuerst habe ich mich vorgestellt, dann habe ich die Frage bekommen, warum ich da arbeiten will, dann eine Frage war über Situationen mit unzufriedenen Kunden, und wie ich damit umgehen würde und eine sehr wichtige Frage war wie flexibel ich bin

I was contacted via email a week after applying. The following day, I had an initial phone screening, then a few days later an in-person interview with two senior team members. After that I completed a take-home task, followed by a final in-person interview/meet and greet. The team I met were really lovely. I received a voicemail from the talent team at the end of the process asking to catch up. After I tried to arrange it, I never heard back, so I assumed I didn’t get the job. It’s disappointing to go through two in-person interviews and a take-home task and not even be told the outcome. I just guessed because I didn’t hear from them before the weekend. I was also somewhat relieved, because they wanted three days in the office and, although they didn’t explicitly share the pay, I was told what I’d indicated in my application was more than they typically pay. I’d already given myself a £12k+ pay cut compared to my previous job (I knew UO wouldn’t pay a lot to begin with), so in the end it was for the best.
