First there was a Apti round (Multiple Choice Questions) Typing Test (30wpm) Technical round(Questions based on networks,domain) First time I was rejected in Technical round. They had told me give interview again after 2 weeks. It was cleared

The interview went smooth, they basically ask you basic chat support related questions. Basically I had applied for VPN chat support role so they just check my knowledge about vpn and also asked situation based questions
