The interview process started with a call with the recruiter to understand more about the role and chat about my skillset. We went over what the team does and what the hiring manager is looking for in terms of experience and tenure.

What is your familiarity with SQL and how do you use data in your current role?
Extensive powerpoint presentation with real life data. Felt like WAY too much effort for an interview and essentially free work. While presenting the team was uninterested and working. They asked questions you'd probably only know if internal within the culture.
