Had a virtual phone call with a recruiter - she seemed pretty uninterested, rushed through the questions, and didn't seem like she really cared about anything I was saying.
Completely biased towards the the following beauty of a female.Selection decision made by the interviewer was on the basis on the beauty and not talent. Interviewer was interested in hiring a girl who has only beauty, skills sets, talent were not at all important.
