Interview process overall took 1.5 months. HR didn't show up the first interview saying they sent me a note that they will not make it but I never received that note. Rescheduled the HR interview. Then I met with 2 other people separately. Lastly they sent me a case study, asked me to share my presentation within 7 days however they didn't set up my presentation until 3 weeks later. (I intentionally send a Google slides doc to see if HR will share my presentation with anyone, they didn't) I presented my case study but they didn't even comment or asked questions. Then they rejected me with an email. I asked for feedback but didn't get any. Overall it was a messy process with lots of back and forth emails, careless hiring team and waste of my time...

Imagine you’re the PMM tasked with finding the next million drivers and couriers on Uber. How would you identify and grow new driver segments? How would you convince them to choose Uber?
It was a pretty straightforward, positive experience overall. Turnaround times were also pretty fast. There was a case assignment as well as the regular interviews. You then had to present the case to the hiring team. Overall decent experience.
