I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Uber (Salt Lake City, UT) in Dec 2015
Interview
Applied online via a local classifieds page, then received an e-mail describing the position and asking if I'd be interested in pursuing it further. About two weeks later I interviewed with a manager from another office (San Diego) via video chat. I was then offered a position and told I would hear from a staffing agency for further instructions -- that took about four or five days as well.
