Uber Community Operations interview questions

The interview process is quite poorly planned. They keep shortlisting new candidates unless they roll out an offer. What this translates to is that they may have a few candidates in the final round while they shortlist you now for first round. They will then send you a case study, expecting you to work on it for 20 hours but once you send it over, they say that they rolled out an offer for that role to someone else.

Had a 30 minutes interview with the hiring manager along with a 45 minutes writing exercise, where I had to draft out email replies to various stakeholders with a corresponding scenario.
