There are usually three times you will have to interview, one initial phone HR interview then a manager or panel type of person the hiring manager works with then the last interview will be with the hiring manager. If you make it to the hiring manager interview you and one other person are in contention for the postion.
3 Interviews Mostly, HR screen, Hiring Manager screen and Interview (45 mins -1 hr), Panel Interview (Hour). Easy process compared to other similar companies and not a lengthy process.
