I submitted my resume online. I received a call from HR to do a Phone Screening. At the end of the call, I was scheduled for an in-person interview. I interviewed with one person on location at my local USAA Office. The phone screening was about 5-10 minutes. The in-person interview process took a little over a hour.
Easy and super fast, it took me 2 weeks total from applying until getting an offer. Phone screen interview, and then in person with hiring manager. In person took about 30 minutes
After filling out the initial application I was invited to take an online skills assessment which included timed portions and was fairly lengthy. There was also a brief phone screening, and then an in person interview with the manager.
Very specific questions. Be really prepared to come up with a story on the spot. Nothing to do with the job description. They want you to sound like a robot.
