I went to a Career fair at my university. I talked to the people at the booth and gave them my resume. I never went online and applied, but they ended up contacting me 1 week later to schedule my first interview. They were very flexible with my interview time, because I had a class during the original time. I just had my first interview today, and they said they will contact me one way or the other if I made it to the second round of interviews.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at USAA (Tampa, FL) in Sept 2025
Interview
They made me take a 30 minute long assessment after submitting an application. It was not relevant to the position at all. In the end, it was a huge waste of time and there was no further consideration given.

This was a very quick and easy process, interview was done in two parts. First interview was an introduction to the company and second interview was to get to know you better and see if you line up with their values.

Just say I was over qualified. The people were dressed as if they were at a swap meet. The office was small, just not anything I expected. The interviewer only spoke of occurrences if you were late! Micromanagement City
