Interview
You will be asked the standard interview questions, such as "Tell me a time you handled a difficult situation", "Tell me about a time a situation did not come out well and how you handled it", "Why do you want to work at USAA", etc. Just be prepared. Depending on your location, you may get away with only interviewing over the phone. The hiring process can be a bit long.

None were unexpected; they were pretty standard questions. I just did a google search of standard interview questions and used those.
Had a phone interview and in person interview. The in person had one person face to face and another on speaker phone. Typical interview questions. Did require a pre-screen after phone interview for typing speed.

Was called for phone interview-pretty easy went over the position and pay and was asked 2 STARS questions
Then was scheduled for Skype interview with 2 managers- took about 45 minutes and again was asked about 3-4 STARS questions
I was called about 2 days later for job offer
