Quick, brief, intimate with two managers whom were very friendly in the direct department, the company was in the process of changing the commission and they were unable to explain it.

Multiple stages: phone and 1-2 in person. It also included a personality and speed typing test. A little strange, but whatever. Pass them both and ended up getting the job. From start to finish it was 3-4 weeks to get hire date.
