Very lengthy and detailed. The whole process took a pre-test, two phone interviews, one face to face and an extensive background. USAA is very picky about who they hire. If your credit is bad or you have a criminal background forget it.

Question 1
Typical what if kind of scenarios. One person interviews and the other types everything into a word program. A bit intimidating but they were as accommodating as possible.
Easy and super fast, it took me 2 weeks total from applying until getting an offer. Phone screen interview, and then in person with hiring manager. In person took about 30 minutes
After filling out the initial application I was invited to take an online skills assessment which included timed portions and was fairly lengthy. There was also a brief phone screening, and then an in person interview with the manager.
Very specific questions. Be really prepared to come up with a story on the spot. Nothing to do with the job description. They want you to sound like a robot.
