HR took several months to respond after my initial application, but once they did the process was fairly quick. I interviewed with 2 different managers about the role and started my first day on the job quickly.

What makes you a good candidate for this role? Describe your educational career.
They only hire from within. The interview process is more about you understanding the actual role and commitment of the job. If you're picked for a part time supervisor interview, you already got the job.
Easy … just show up and give them everything THEY want to hear . Talk about ups like you live and breathe it and also about how you want to make the company better

Very Unprofessional
As soon as I got to the interview area, two managers got up and left. I had never felt so discriminated and ignored by the manager and the interviewer, which at the most had around twenty years old. If you have more than fifty years old, do not apply because they will not even look at you. Very frustrating experience.
