Interview process fairly straight forward. Screening call with recruitment, go into the office to talk STAR questions for an hour, and then an ambiguous, difficult case study. Process was fast which I liked. What I didn’t appreciate was taking off 3 hours of work just for them to not take 30 seconds to write an email saying I didn’t get it. I think that’s really inconsiderate and a major issue in the job market. Faking empathy until you decide someone doesn’t meet your criteria.

First phone call interview HR manager and second with hiring manager and third with case study First call was very simple talking about myself but was decline due to not being able to utilize visualization tool and as well as telling me they do not have time to teach
