There were 3 Rounds in the campus interview process
The first one was general Aptitude round
This was around 30 minutes and it was multiple choice questions
The second one was Group Discussion round and the essay writing round
The essay writing was around 20 minutes
The last one was Technical Interview
This was around 45 minutes
interview was average not to easy not too tough, asked few questions regarding coding as well, first was telephonic interview with the HR and second was technical interview with the manager, overall was good
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Tech Mahindra (Pune)

3 processes. smooth
technical round, manager round with hr. No written test only logical presentation. very easy process. so you can go to the job no issue. it is easy.
no work pressure
written exam followed by interview with hr and it was moderate interview . But documnet submit process was very lengthy and making bond for 2 year was worse thing which kills some future.
