I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cactus Communications (Reno, NV (US)) in March 2015.
Interview
I sent in my resume on the Cactus Communications web site and soon received an email to log in. I was then sent a link to take a test in the area I requested. I took a 15 question test, with a time limit of 40 minutes. I completed the test in under 30 minutes and submitted it. I was confident that I got most answers correct.

interview was average not to easy not too tough, asked few questions regarding coding as well, first was telephonic interview with the HR and second was technical interview with the manager, overall was good

technical round, manager round with hr. No written test only logical presentation. very easy process. so you can go to the job no issue. it is easy.
no work pressure
written exam followed by interview with hr and it was moderate interview . But documnet submit process was very lengthy and making bond for 2 year was worse thing which kills some future.
