I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Tech Mahindra(Toronto, ON) in June-2014.
After submitting my resume through a recruiter on Indeed. The recruiter sent an online test in which same logical and analytical questions. I think, I passed that test that's why they call me for in person interview.
Three interviews , went very well. Good HR team that they are so helpful and amazing. Some tests to do before hiring. Three exams and you need to study a material.

Had 2 rounds. Technical and HR. Interview was easy to clear. Onboarding went smooth. Overall good experience. Little pressure at the client side because of the lead. If the team lead is ok, we don't feel any pressure.
