The Tech Mahindra interview process includes an online aptitude and technical test, followed by a technical interview assessing domain knowledge, and an HR interview evaluating communication skills, personality, and cultural fit.
The process started with rigourous Group discussion with having almost 6-7 groups with different topics based on todays technology and innovation and digital media too., and then follow up with 3-4 rounds of Personal interview.
That was nice experience with tech Mahindra and the interview pannel was also good and supportive the overall experience was good. I will recommend to join the company thank you
