Interview
I just had an online 1:1 interview with a senior designer. I went through my resume and one of my designs. The interviewer changed the meeting time at the last minute and interrupted my speech while showing my project.
I've had a very nice chat with the recruiter, which gave me a chance to learn more about the company and the team. This was followed by an in-depth portfolio review, where we discussed my design projects, process, and approach in detail.

First interview with the recruiter via hangouts: they want to do a check on all the parts to see if you're a good match especially things related to remote work because they are a remote-first company.
Another interview with two product designers from the company also via hangouts to present yourself and your portfolio. One is cold-leading the interview and the other is listening in a more passive friendly way.
Ghosted: after this interview, they disappear. No communication from the recruiter nor the company :-(
