Pros
Amazing office space and amazing people!
Cons
The office is nicer than my house!
Get a slide at home , it will make all the difference ;). Thankyou for the feedback . Peter G Head of Talent

Pros
Why is a basic like an ok office (with crap meeting rooms and no privacy) a pro? Like really, is the bar that low?!
Cons
Incompetent leadership and management running riot throughout the organisation. Nothing but lies from the ceos, “shares in the company” while taken staff bonus etc… they will never go public, it’s not going to happen! it’s been years and nothing has surfaced apart from a toxic and competitive environment filled with mediocre staff who thrive in chaos.

Fantastic colleagues, severely poor managerial staff
20 Feb 2023 - Customer Support Specialist in CorkRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
- Competitive salary for an entry level position - Great company benefits (Healthcare, onsite facilities, annual events, gym membership, internal well-being support) - Flexible working hours - In office with 2 days remote - Met some truly amazing people - Free lunch once a week
Cons
- Poor communication and behavior from management staff (Goals outlined are not clear and changed on the fly without being informed resulting in a "carrot on stick" experience during probation. You're advised to share with management so they can gain a better understanding of what issues you may be having and where they could help but this is unfortunately used against you. Issues brought forward in "meetings" aren't addressed efficiently or at all resulting in feeling like you're not being heard) - Poor communication towards support staff from other departments (Product updates and changes are not actively shown and often times require digging around to confirm what changes have been made sometimes leading to embarrassing misunderstandings when providing support to users or even first hearing about new changes from the users themselves) - No actual training (You're shown how something works by other support staff in a single video call. You're then advised to ask questions to get up to speed by management to which you will then be told not to because higher tiered support staff have enough on their plate, which they do. Self-service on-boarding) - Core values are preached at every opportunity but never actually followed, resulting in distasteful situations and a toxic environment

Pros
At an entry level everyone is nice to work with, helpful and hard working. Free lunch once a week Gym membership
Cons
- There is constant change, micromanagement and miscommunication. - Archaic manual processes and everything is managed in Excel. - Management are unapproachable and no one wants to take accountability for anything. - Major changes being made without any discussion or data to validate these extreme new measures. - Teamwork are aware that there has historically been major issues with change management but it is getting worse not better. - You can not communicate concerns to senior management, they ask you to please reach out and tell us your issues then respond with I understand its frustrating but these changes are non negotiable. Resulting in nothing being done about anything. - The company is growing and forcing people to leave so that they don't have to fire anyone. - The salary is very average and not worth the level of work required to be mildly successful. - I would strongly question the legitimacy of some of the positive reviews here. - Avoid at all costs, Teamwork was my dream job and I applied to work here multiple times over a couple of years before I was offered a position and unfortunately coming here was a big mistake.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review on Glassdoor. Teamwork is growing at hyperspeed so it is important that we hear what is working and what we need to improve upon. I agree with you that we have fantastic people at Teamwork and we try our best to look after them and help people build careers and upskill people. I fully agree that we have had a lot of change over the last 12 months. We are taking on new tools to address the admin loads and hopefully improve the overall experience of our sales team and better equip them to do their jobs better. As you are a current employee I would love to sit down with you and discuss your concerns and have an open conversation. I acknowledge that we have made some changes within our sales team to help set us up for success as we grow. Change can be tough and we know it won’t suit everyone but we want to be the best at what we do and in order to do that we have to make changes. Beau, VP Sales

Pros
- Tech stack is really good and modern - Management and senior devs are very open to trying things out - Startup culture but only the good stuff (no excessive spending and the like) - People of all ages and backgrounds - Free food and snacks - Very good work-life balance, I never feel stressed about work Overall, very good company, I would highly recommend it. Not only can you learn a lot but you can also have a big impact. The people are very friendly and easy to talk to, everyone is willing to help out and share knowledge.
Cons
The salary isn't amazing. You can probably get better offers elsewhere but the culture and the people make it worth it.

Nice natural light in the office. Fun decor. There's a slide.
Cons
No oversight for managers who can distort performance to withhold bonuses or advancement. Toxic culture of performing with the dedication of an owner but have to prove yourself for months with new responsibilities before being considered for a raise. No raise in 3 yrs. Bonuses went down. Worst place I ever worked. They act fun and want to do things as a team or company but it feels forced. I want to chill with my real friends when not at work.

Grab the opportunity to do the best work of your career
6 Oct 2022 - People ExperienceRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Teamwork is special. The people are amazing. You have the opportunity to learn so much and do the best work of your career here. There is change happening as we grow but it is change that needs to happen. If you are excited by an entrepreneurial way of doing things, you want to make an impact and you like a minimalist approach to bureaucracy then Teamwork is for you. Your career is in your hands and there are a lot of ways development is supported. Gym allowance, 30 days PTO/AL, education and conference & books allowance are great. SWAG is great quality. Can honestly say I look forward to every day of work.
Cons
Coffee is better in the Belfast office :-p

Pros
Stars are for these specific benefits (other benefits are same as everywhere else) 30 days annual leave Flexible working hours
Cons
This was a good place to work but unfortunately this is not the case anymore for a number of reasons: - Lay offs in 2020 under the guise of 'Covid' - Covid was a convenient excuse to get rid of staff. The company has never recovered from this and there is still ill feeling as a result towards leadership (they would be oblivious to this). - Inexperienced leadership team - mainly at the executive level (i.e C-suite) leading to years of bad decision making, poor resourcing and steering the company in the wrong direction, which has been very hard to recover from. They introduced an ICP market (tables stakes in business), which they think is their silver bullet. But there is something fundamentally wrong in this company and how it operates - I can't quite put my finger on it. - Big changes are made on a whim (often without communication) and as a result fall flat and set the company back. They then wonder what happened. - There is very high turnover in the company. Leadership is in denial about this or don't want to acknowledge it as a big problem (but also try to hide it). You see co-workers update their LinkedIn profiles and that's how you know they've started a new job. It's bizarre. - Culture is non existent. - They blame high growth and change when things are not working or people are treated badly but there is no change management in place. - There is absolutely no accountability at any level. - You can treat people whatever way you like, you'll be fine - just call it growing pains and all will be well. - It is very hard to work cross functionally. - They keep having the same conversations over and over again. It's very hard to get beyond plans and meetings and get anything done. - There is a lot of meddling in the day to day operations of teams from C Level. Strange they have the time to do this. - I would strongly question the validity and genuineness of the overly positive reviews on here

Thank you for taking the time to share your review. All feedback helps us do better. Leadership isn’t easy nor do we claim to get it right all of the time, especially during times of significant change, but we always try to make decisions in the best interest of our customers and staff. As a current employee, we invite you to speak with me or your manager to discuss what is wrong for you. We'd like to think that through together. Peter

Teamwork doesn't make the dream work!
8 Sep 2022 - Account Manager in CorkRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Gym Membership Lunch every now and then A free tee shirt now and then A great team of hard-working people
Cons
Day taken up by meaningless admin. Selling is secondary. Hit a SPIFF but your CRM is untidy. No trip to Barcalona for you! Changes at every sales update are awful. The team hit the team target last month and then sucker punched with comp plan changes! Instant changes to comp plan without communication. Management that can't do tour job is a big issue Out of hours contacting you to check in on deals Land a big deal? Don't expect a well done, instead where is the next one coming from? 18 months ago, Teamwork was a great place to work. Do you like to take lunches on a Friday? Not anymore "optional" Friday lunch call. I was told last month to not block out my lunch in my calendar if I want to hit Quota. Quota is unachievable

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review on Glassdoor. Teamwork is growing at hyperspeed so it is important for us to hear what is working and what we need to improve upon. I agree with you that we have great hard-working people at Teamwork and we try our best to look after them. We have recently made changes within our sales team and know that these will help us in growing our company. We have introduced new tools that will help reduce the admin and make our day-to-day roles better. We always look to celebrate our wins and failures. We have a Sales Wins chat channel where we celebrate our team's successes. I see you are a current employee with Teamwork so I really want to encourage you to set up some time where we can discuss your concerns and we can have an open and honest discussion on why we have revamped how we work and our commission structure. The changes made will help set us up for success as we grow. Beau, VP Sales
