Y1 at an M7 MBA and feel like my previous years in consulting: content, teamwork, communication, feedback, etc. are the only thing that developed my knowledge and skills. School doesn’t even get close. I wish I could say it added 5% to my development, but other than it being a place to network, make friends, and have fun, I am not benefiting. As a person who really loves school and appreciates education, I’m very disappointed.

How much of a researcher's job is reliant on teamwork? Can I be successful in research by just working solo? I'm not really the sociable kind of person but I do love to pursue a research career path.

Is company project always better than personal project in an interview? I have 15- 20 minute to present 1 UX project and Idk which one I should pick. Project 1: App design. Personal project. More “typical” UX project. Project 2: Non-traditional UX (Not an app or website). Company project. Very little design variations but shows research and teamwork. I assume that interviewers will see both case studies before the interview. Should I just ask them which one they want OR show my company project?
