I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at TaskUs in Oct 2023
Interview
Found the open position via LinkedIn and applied with an updated CV, which as a normal CV enlists my job experience and overall professional profile. Human Resources contacts me via direct message to clarify some questions related to the position, which I reply with excitement - a call is programmed. The day of the meeting, HR takes the first minutes to further explain about the position, which to my surprise, has nothing to do with my profile. When it's my turn to talk about my background, I honestly reply that I'm not the profile for this role and HR lady agrees. This makes me think the HR department is not doing it's job. Did not reviewed my CV, did not understand my profile and hence, they are making their own job less effective.

I applied online. I interviewed at TaskUs (Thessaloníki, Western Macedonia) in Sept 2024
Interview
Very smooth 1st stage of the (3 stages total) interview, like an informal conversation between two colleagues. Friendly intentions and approach from the recruiter. Presentation of the company and its operations in Greece. The recruiter asked 3 questions only from the working background and one question regarding the salary expectations. Vague result of the process.

It was a clear process and the recruiter gave me feedback. It's necessary to have excellent English. The first moment was the call with the recruiter; after that, had a conversation with the principal manager who lives in Texas.
