The interview process was clearly defined by the recruiting team. The dates and times of the interviews were communicated and attended promptly by the interviewer. I was asked questions related to the qualifications of the job and skills applied to exceed the job expectation.

I was asked to provide specific scenarios where was the skills needed for the position were applied effectively.
Smooth, checking for ability to have a regular conversation and not rely on a script. Initially conducted over the phone or online - to check your background shift preference and basic skills. It progresses to an exam and then an Ops interview with the final interview usually conducted by the client

HR screening , L1 round more with ops manager as what was your career journey so far. L2 with Sr director who were rude and throwing up all their frustration and asking irrelevant questions and trying to prove you wrong and how incapable you are as a candidate.

Did not mention in the JD that it's a voice process. At the time of interview they told me that it's a voice process which was quite surprising for me.
