I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Takeda Pharmaceuticals (Cambridge, MA) in Mar 2017
Interview
I was approached by a recruiter which led to a few calls with him and then with the hiring manager followed by a 1:1 meeting (this whole process was spread over a couple of weeks), which was followed by giving a presentation for a group. After the presentation there was a discussion followed by an informal lunch to get to know everyone a little better.

Interview
Screening interview with talent acquisition was easy. The hiring manager asked basic questions about my functional experience. The focus was my technical expertise only. They moved with other candidates. It was disappointing as I had more to offer beyond my technical experience.
