It was a quick process with initial screening call, some reasoning tests and the assessment centre. Assessment centre consisted of on the day excel task, prepared 10 min presentation and competency based interview.

A recruiter recently was immensely rude and he tried to low ball me. There was a lot of disconnect from the facts stated in the job description. Now - I have a terrible impression of Takeda as a company and it's bad organizational culture.

Screening for the first interview and then a second interview scheduled with managers before being offered the internship. The process took around 3-4 weeks until they got back to me.

Mostly efficient. It was a little slow to get started, but once the interview was scheduled, it moved. I was responded to in a short amount of time as well.

I had two great interviews and was then ghosted. I believe this type of behavior is typical these days, but it is still frustrating. What made it worse is that the interviewer spoke to me as though I already had the job. "I'd like to get you in next week to meet the team reporting to you", is one example. Some other statements were more overt but I don't want to be too specific.

It was very intransparent. Some headhunter calls from a company that they don't mention the name, they don't introduce themselves properly, just seeking information and finishing the call. Afterwards you get no response about a positive or negative outcome

HR phone call for the first round. Walk through resume, tell me about your strengths, how do you handle conflicts, why takesda? And why this position? But they don’t sponsor visa so I got rejected.

The first time I applied the recruiter scheduled a pre-screen only to bail on the morning of claiming "family emergency" never be heard from again. The second time applying to a different role the recruiter didn't show up and simply emailed the next day asking for another date. When we finally connected he offered no explanation and no apology. If their HR staff lacks basic manners you can only imagine what else goes on in there. Can't recommend this place at all.

Overall process is positive and friendly. Interviewers are fast forward with the questions. Provide feedback after an interview however they do not follow up with interview even after1 week. Need to follow up with the results .

I sat down with a manager from shipping and he discussed the role with me. It was laid back but had that professional air to it. The interview process lasted about 1 hour and this consisted of him mostly sharing about the company, how they do things, and what the training would be like, and he answered my questions.
