    Pros

If you’re looking for a job where you can come in, clock in, sit at your desk, talk to nobody, clock out 8.5 hours later and repeat for God knows how long, then this is the job for you

    Cons

Terrible atmosphere among staff, poor pay, shocking food, located in the middle of nowhere, extremely extremely repetitive and boring to the point where you can feel your life passing by, most of the junior staff are in their 20s and haven’t even seen each other outside the office??

    Advice to Management

Good God try to improve the atmosphere a little, better pay, secure a permanent and good chef, the junior staff shouldn’t feel worlds apart from the senior staff. Managers should take note from Ken Stack

    Pros

I was employed to select suitable hardware and computer networking equipment for wireless devices on a local network.

    Cons

I was employed for 30 hours a week and I loved it but I wanted to do more with setting up devices on an existing tcp/ip network

    Advice to Management

selecting the appropriate hardware especially when it is one of the new collections of mobile device is a skill not always obvious and really needs to be assessed for its suitability for the requirements and most often problems that may occur and documentation these in a set format so as to circulate to the rest of the team.... this type of utility to spread useful informatoin is invaluable.
