Interviewed by a Partner at Strategy& who, despite being an immigrant, displayed racial bias and couldn’t grasp a basic business case. Unprepared, dismissive, and ignorant. An embarrassing experience for the firm.

Entre 3 y 4 entrevistas con managers/senior managers y 1 socio. Mucho foco en casos prácticos. Quizá demasiado hincapié en hard skills y muy poco en aspectos personales/fit, valores y cultura empresarial
Had two rounds of three interviews each, back to back, over two weeks. The first round with managers (one with a SA) and the second with partners at the firm. The process was well managed. The interview consisted of a regular case interview pattern - prompt, analysis recommendation. Nothing unusual.
